okebet slot philippines Sisodia promises new schools, self-defence classes for girl students in JangpuraJaipur: Facing the challenge of an emerging cyber fraud hub in the Mewat area of the state, the Rajasthan Government has come up with an advisory on Deepfake, its threats and countermeasures, with the focus on ensuring effective cyber hygiene and security among the public at the ground level. The identified target audience or potential beneficiaries according to the advisory include both individuals and organizations. The advisory was issued in consonance with the cyber security measures or actionable points determined during the Third National Conference of Chief Secretaries under the theme “Cyber Security: Emerging Challenges”. The advisory has explained Deepfake technology as an application of AI in manipulation of videos, images, and even audios. As per the advisory, the major risks associated with Deepfake technology are the spread of misinformation, frauds, or scams and reputational damage. Both positive and negative applications of Deepfake have been identified by the advisory. While positive applications can be seen in the generation of special effects in movies and engaging or interactive educational content, there are numerous negative uses as well. There is a risk of financial frauds through impersonation, disinformation to manipulate public opinion, along with emotional and financial extortion through non-consensual explicit content. The concerned advisory also highlighted certain preventive steps which can be referred to by both individuals and organizations for avoiding mishaps caused by Deepfake technology and its negative applications. Individuals and organizations have been advised to do cross-referencing for every information and exercise extreme caution in case of personal information. Certain measures like Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA, strong privacy settings, verification protocols, and consistent security audits can aid the public in combating the ill effects of Deepfake technology. On an individual level, the public has been advised to be cautious while sharing any information in the digital space. It is advised to assess the authenticity of the source of concerned information. The concerned advisory also provided certain preventive measures meant specifically for organizations. The advisory said that organizations deal in large amounts of company and customer data, it is advised to make use of Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA to ensure secure use, storage, and transfer of data. Organizations have been advised to undertake security audits at regular intervals along with usage of encrypted modes of communication. The advisory also suggests formulation of crisis management plans in case of any mishap. Notably, Rajasthan's Mewat region is emerging as a cyber fraud hub in the country and has become a challenge for the state police, who is running “Operation Anti-Virus” in the area. As per reports the Deeg district is seeing an alarming rise in cyber fraud cases and 90% of these cases involve morphing victims’ images with explicit videos.

A shop remains closed in the Myeongdong shopping district in downtown Seoul, Dec. 29. Yonhap Tragic plane crash feared to drag consumer sentiment down further By Lee Kyung-min Sales at eateries and entertainment spending dropped 4 percent in the first 20 days of this month, compared to the same period of November, impacted by a short-lived imposition of martial law and subsequent impeachment proceedings, according to market watchers. Further clouding the outlook for the coming month is the reluctance of many to participate in year-end and New Year gatherings, which are typically a source of short-term profit for small businesses and the self-employed. A plane crash in Muan, South Jeolla Province, on Sunday could further weaken private consumption, which is already at a two-year low, with the month-on-month decline in indicators resembling the early-pandemic months when consumer confidence weakened. Major tragedies like this can deepen feelings of uncertainty and insecurity among the public, impacting their willingness to spend. An increasing number of consumers have canceled their reservations. The cost of everything has surged and remains elevated. The prices of ingredients have gone up and there aren't enough customers coming in for lunch or dinner. “Many seem to believe having festivities is not appropriate given the martial law fiasco. Fewer are willing to spend. Self-employed small businesses are losing hope.” An office worker surnamed Lee said her friends are not as excited about year-end gatherings this year. "My friends say they would rather stay home than go out for a drink," she said. “They are not in the mood, understandably because of the ongoing political developments. I feel the same way. What’s the point of meeting up when all of us don’t feel like it?” An owner of a pub in central Seoul said he received calls canceling reservations for Monday and Tuesday. "The martial law fiasco led to a number of cancellations over the past few weeks and the plane crash happened," he said. "The slew of events unfolding are dampening overall sentiment further. People seem to think understandably that seeking joy and happiness can wait. Many said they can meet and greet later when things get back to normal. I hope I can hang in there until then – whenever that may be.” This sentiment is spreading, as shown by a Bank of Korea survey on the Consumer Sentiment Index (CCSI) for this month. The index fell to 88.4, down 12.3 points from a month earlier. This was the sharpest decline since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. A reading above 100 indicates that optimists outnumber pessimists, while a figure below 100 suggests the opposite. Many said they plan to cut back on spending for trips, clothing, leisure activities, and dining out. According to data cited by Rep. Kim Hyun-jung of the main opposition Democratic Party of Korea, combined sales at four major credit card firms — Shinhan, KB Kookmin, Samsung, and Hyundai — totaled 28.2 trillion won ($19.1 billion) in the first 20 days of this month, a 2 percent decrease from the same period of November. KB Kookmin data showed food sellers and eateries registered a sale of 711 billion won, down 4 percent from a month earlier. Samsung's data showed that sales at eateries declined to 576.3 billion won, a 4.1 percent drop from the previous month. The most pronounced declines were seen in the entertainment industries, including singing rooms, nightclubs, and pubs. Their combined sales totaled 20 billion won, marking a 13.8 percent drop from a year earlier.Mahindra & Mahindra (OTCMKTS:MAHMF) Shares Up 9.6% – What’s Next?Furthermore, in cases where a mentally ill individual has been raped, the sentencing criteria for the perpetrator must take into account the vulnerability of the victim and the harm caused by the crime. Sentencing guidelines often consider aggravating factors such as the victim's vulnerability, the use of force or coercion by the perpetrator, the severity of the harm caused, and the impact of the crime on the victim's well-being.

One of the main reasons for this emerging trend is the cost-saving benefits it offers. Purchasing a new high-quality down jacket can easily set you back a thousand dollars or more, depending on the brand and features. However, by reusing and revamping an old jacket, young people can achieve a similar level of warmth and style at a fraction of the cost. This is particularly appealing to those who are on a budget or simply prefer to spend their money on other things. After lopsided loss, Patriots recognize an offseason roster overhaul is likelySINGAPORE , Dec. 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- ASEAN Innovation Business Platform (AIBP) proudly announces the call for nominations for the ninth consecutive year of the AIBP Enterprise Innovation Awards. ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Cole Anthony drove for a layup with 0.2 seconds left to complete the Orlando Magic's 17-point fourth-quarter comeback Sunday in a 102-101 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Cam Thomas missed a jumper from the corner at the final horn. Anthony scored 10, and Tristan da Silva scored 13 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter for Orlando, which was down 71-51 midway through the third quarter. Goga Bitadze added 19 points, 11 rebounds and five assists. The Magic's comeback was their second in eight days after Orlando rallied from 25 points down to beat Miami 121-114 on Dec. 21. Thomas came off the bench with 25 points to lead the Nets in his first game since Nov. 25. Jalen Wilson added 16 points including two free throws with 6.2 seconds left. Thomas, Brooklyn's leading scorer with 24.7 points per game, played 25 minutes after missing 13 games with a strained left hamstring. Takeaways Nets: Losing for the seventh time in nine games, the Nets played for the first time without Dorian Finney-Smith, who was traded early Sunday to the Los Angeles Lakers. In their four games against the Magic this season, the Nets used 11 different starters. Only Cam Johnson started all four games. Magic: The Magic completed a four-game season series sweep of the Nets and concluded a 3-4 holiday home stretch. They overcame double-digit second-half deficits in all three of their wins against Miami, Boston and Brooklyn. Key moment A 3-pointer by Anthony, who did not play in the first half, launched a 13-0 Orlando run after they had fallen behind by 20 points. Key stat The Nets shot 13 for 30 from 3-point range. Up next The Nets are at Toronto and the Magic are at Detroit on Wednesday night. ___ AP NBA:After 13 years of separation and uncertainty, a remarkable tale of reunion and triumph unfolded as a lost master's graduate finally reconnected with her family. BOX SCORE The third time wasn’t the charm for the Warriors on Friday night against the LA Clippers, as they lost 102-92 at Intuit Dome. > Watch NBC Bay Area News 📺 Streaming free 24/7 The Warriors now have played the Clippers three times this season and have lost all three games. Without Steph Curry and Draymond Green , the Warriors couldn’t generate any offense most of the night. They scored 21 points in the first quarter, 22 in the second and 19 in the third before exploding for 30 in the fourth. Jonathan Kuminga did show up offensively. All night long, he dominated around the rim, leading to a career-high 34 points. He was extremely efficient, going 11 of 19 from the field, with most of his points coming in the paint. He also made a career-high 11 free throws, missing just three times at the charity stripe. Kuminga SOARS for the slam ✈️ pic.twitter.com/FhU80QpseH If only others around Kuminga could say the same. The Warriors battled until the very end, trailing by as many as 21 points and 19 going into the fourth quarter, though it simply wasn’t enough short-handed on the first night of a back-to-back. After starting the season 12-3, the Warriors now have gone 3-12 in their last 15 games. Here are three takeaways from the Warriors’ latest loss, dropping them to 15-15 on the season. Kuminga Came Ready Before Friday night, the Warriors had been without Curry and Green once this season. The result was a six-point win against the Houston Rockets on Dec. 5 where Kuminga had perhaps the best game of his young career. Kuminga in that contest started at power forward and played 33 minutes. He scored a then-career-high 33 points on 13-of-22 shooting, grabbed seven rebounds and was a plus-7. Starting him with Green and Curry out again Friday night in LA seemed likely, yet Steve Kerr went a different way. Instead, Kerr started Kyle Anderson at power forward to play the Green role as a point-forward and kept Kuminga off the bench. And Kuminga answered his coach’s challenge, playing aggressively under control, using movement to get easy buckets. Despite coming off the bench, he was the Warriors’ leading scorer after the first quarter with five points and led both teams with 13 points at halftime on 4-of-8 shooting and made all four of his free throws. Through three quarters, Kuminga was up to 19 points, but no other Warrior was in double figures. Kuminga has a career-high 34 points🙌 pic.twitter.com/pa4OWIA1aS Kuminga now has scored at least 25 points in two of his last three games, and has nine 20-point games this season. Kuminga also had 10 rebounds and five assists, marking the first 30-10-5 game of his four-year NBA career. Put JK in the dunk contest 😤 pic.twitter.com/CXpdIJ4M8q Schroder Keeps Struggling The Dennis Schroder the Warriors acquired from the Brooklyn Nets has not been the same player since changing his number and wearing different colors. His shooting woes continued at the worst possible time. A game without Curry should have been an invitation for Schroder to have the ball in his hands and take over. It was not. Kerr did get the ball in Schroder’s control, but he just kept falling short. Literally. Schroder scored seven points on 3-of-11 shooting and missed all six of his 3-pointers, giving him four single-digit scoring nights in his five games as a Warrior. He seems to be short on everything right now. That’s not something to blame on Kerr. The coach ran pick-and-roll time and time again for Schroder, but nothing could get him going. Schröder’s save sets up a Buddy dunk 🙌 pic.twitter.com/2MrCmgajE3 In 23 games with the Nets this season, Schroder was 45.2 percent from the field and 38.7 percent from three. Now in five games as a Warrior, Schroder has made a lowly 28 percent of his shots overall (14 of 50) and is shooting 17.4 percent from 3-point range (4 of 23). Wiggins? Buddy? Hello? Schroder was far from the only reason the Warriors’ offense was the puke emoji in human form. Whenever the Warriors don’t have Curry on the court, everybody else has to step up. So much for that. Andrew Wiggins gave Golden State nothing offensively, and neither did Buddy Hield . The Warriors’ second-best 3-point shooter, Hield, took six threes and was successful just once. Hield’s nine rebounds were a season-high, but that’s not what he’s here to do. His No. 1 job is to score points and hit threes, which he didn’t do much of in Inglewood. Hield scored five points on 2-of-8 shooting in 22 minutes. Somehow, he was better than Wiggins. Golden State’s second-leading scorer coming into the game behind only Curry totaled five points as well. Wiggins was 1 of 3 from deep, and made just one of his eight 2-pointers as well. His five points are tied for a season-low. The reeling Warriors have to learn how to win with and without Curry right now. The main players who should be able to step up in his absence were no shows. KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Taylor Swift once raved about the sweet potato casserole served at a New York City restaurant and now that recipe pops up every now and again at Thanksgiving. The holidays encourage many of us to try new recipes. Social media right now is flooded with recipes for appetizers, side dishes and desserts. Anyone making from TikTok? While we might not get to share a Thanksgiving feast with Swift — is your name Blake Lively? — or other celebrities beloved by Kansas City, we can eat like them. So here’s the recipe for that casserole Swift loved so much, and favorite family side dish recipes from Donna Kelce and Eric Stonestreet. Enjoy. Travis Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, seen here last year at her son's music festival, dined on a cheesesteak made by actor Bradley Cooper at QVC festivities in Las Vegas this week. (Emily Curiel/Kansas City Star/TNS) If we tried to guess Travis Kelce and his brother, Jason Kelce, have scarfed over the years, would it be in the hundreds? Thousands? Their mom has spoken often about the batches of holiday crescent rolls she has baked over the years. Based on the recipe that won the 1969 Pillsbury Bake-Off, , they’re now known as Mama Kelce’s Dinner Rolls. They blend the crescent roll pastry with marshmallows, cinnamon and sugar. We bet they didn’t last long enough in front of Travis and Jason for that debate. •1/4 cup granulated sugar •2 tablespoons Pillsbury Best all-purpose flour •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon •2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) •16 large marshmallows •1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted •1/2 cup powdered sugar •1/2 teaspoon vanilla •2-3 teaspoons milk •1/4 cup chopped nuts Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 16 medium muffin cups with nonstick baking spray. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon. Separate the dough into 16 triangles. For each roll, dip 1 marshmallow into melted butter; roll in the sugar mixture. Place marshmallow on the shortest side of a triangle. Roll up, starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point. Completely cover the marshmallow with the dough; firmly pinch edges to seal. Dip 1 end in remaining butter; place butter side down in muffin cup. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. When done, remove from the oven and let the puffs cool in the pan for 1 minute. Remove rolls from muffin cups; place on cooling racks set over waxed paper. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve warm. Eric Stonestreet attends 'Eric Stonestreet visits The SiriusXM Hollywood Studios in Los Angeles' at SiriusXM Studios on Oct. 8, 2019, in Los Angeles. (Emma McIntyre/Getty Images for SiriusXM/TNS) Thanksgiving is one of the “Modern Family” star’s favorite holidays. Three years ago, as part of a , he shared one of his favorite recipe with McCormick Spices: . This recipe serves eight. •1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved •1 pound butternut squash, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes •1 tablespoon olive oil •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder •1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves •1/2 teaspoon salt •1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper •5 slices bacon, chopped •1 shallot, finely chopped •1/2 cup dried cranberries •1/4 cup balsamic vinegar •1 teaspoon whole grain mustard •1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional) •1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Spray large shallow baking pan with no stick cooking spray; set aside. Place Brussels sprouts and squash in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper; toss to coat evenly. Spread in single layer on prepared pan. 2. Roast 16 to 18 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through cooking. 3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat about 6 minutes or until crispy. Remove using slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain. Add shallot to same skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes until softened and lightly browned. Stir in cranberries, vinegar and mustard until well blended. Transfer mixture to small bowl; set aside. 4. Arrange roasted Brussels sprouts and squash on serving platter. Drizzle with cranberry balsamic glaze and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cooked bacon, toasted pecans, and crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve immediately. Donna Kelce, left, mother of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce watched the game with pop superstar Taylor Swift, center, during the first-half on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. (Tammy Ljungblad/Kansas City Star/TNS) Swift gushed about the sweet potato casserole served at Del Frisco’s Grille in New York City, a dish crowned with a crunchy candied pecan and oatmeal crumble. “I’ve never enjoyed anything with the word casserole in it ever before, but it’s basically sweet potatoes with this brown sugary crust,” she told InStyle. The media rushed to find the recipe, which Parade has . “Similar to T. Swift herself, we think this recipe is a mastermind, especially if you’ve been asked to bring the sweet potato side dish to this year’s Thanksgiving feast. It seriously begs the question: who needs pumpkin pie?” the magazine writes. •4 lbs sweet potatoes •1⁄3 cup oats •12 oz unsalted butter, divided •1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar •1⁄2 cup toasted pecans •1⁄2 cup granulated sugar •1 tsp kosher salt •2 tsp vanilla extract •4 large eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 375°F. 1. Scrub sweet potatoes. Pierce each several times with a fork and wrap tightly in foil. Place on a sheet pan. Bake 90 minutes or until tender. Set aside until cool enough to handle. 2. Meanwhile, place oats in a food processor; process 1 minute. Add 4 oz butter, brown sugar and pecans; pulse five times to combine. Spread mixture on a baking sheet; bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, crumble. Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Melt remaining 8 oz butter. Remove skin from cooled sweet potatoes. In a large bowl, whisk sweet potatoes, melted butter, granulated sugar and remaining ingredients until slightly lumpy. Transfer to a greased baking dish, smoothing surface evenly. Top with oat mixture. Bake 12 minutes or until heated through. •Sweet potato filling can be made up to 2 days in advance. Prepare the sweet potato filling, cool, place in a casserole dish and keep refrigerated. •Oat-pecan crust can also be made up to 2 days ahead. Make the crust according to recipe directions, cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Sprinkle over the sweet potato filling just before baking.
