Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and Mark Warner, D-Va., introduced the Rural Historic Tax Credit Improvement Act, a bipartisan bill aimed at streamlining processes, reducing cost burdens for rural homeowners and small developers, and incentivizing affordable housing.
