What has me most surprised right now, though, is the fact that the A-lister knows how to talk about sports. In fact, the video of his recent appearance on ESPN’s College GameDay is so good that it has me convinced Chalamet could make the jump to commentating. The 28-year-old actor has been in the midst of a press tour for the highly anticipated A Complete Unknown and made some time to join the crew of the aforementioned talk show. On the ESPN program, the Dune star served as a guest picker, making his selections for the winners of the day’s collegiate football games. Whenever someone does that, they have to come correct, and it certainly seems like the Oscar nominee definitely conducted the necessary research. The odds of that happening may be slim but, given his NY roots, I’m going to hold onto the hope that the actor jumps onto a Knicks broadcast at some point and provides even more thoughtful sports commentary. Talking to a delegation from the Human and Social Development Sector of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at the CM House, Shah said his government has decided to invest in human and social development. The ADB delegation included Director Sofia Shakil, Director Khurram Imtiaz Butt, and Mansoor Masood. The CM was accompanied by Planning & Development (P&D) Minister Nasir Shah, Chief Secretary Asif Hyder Shah, P&D Board Chairman Najam Shah and CM’s Secretary Raheem Sheikh. The CM said that Pakistan’s Human Capital Index value is 0.41 due to gaps in education and health care, while children’s productivity is limited to just 41 per cent of their potential “A large portion of our population comprises youth, and we want to introduce systems in education, health and training that ensure employment opportunities,” he added. Other topics that came under discussion included reforms in nursing education, and the introduction of scholarships to promote higher education in this field. Shah highlighted the global advancements in nursing technology, and expressed his government’s desire to elevate the sector to postgraduate levels, providing high-quality training and education to nursing and allied professions in healthcare system, and technicians as well. He also stressed the importance of vocational education, urging the ADB to assist in creating pathways for youth to secure jobs immediately after completing their education.
