(the "Company" or "Y-mAbs") YMAB , a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel radioimmunotherapy and antibody-based therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer, today announced the presentation of CD38-SADA in Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) preclinical data and trial in progress posters at the 66 th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting & Exposition being held on December 7 –10, 2024, in San Diego, California. A poster titled " CD38-SADA, a S elf- A ssembling and D is- A ssembling Bispecific Fusion Protein for Two-Step Pretargeted Radioimmunotherapy of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma " characterizes the selective binding of CD38-SADA to DOTA-chelated lanthanide metals and high-avidity binding to CD38, a tumor specific antigen overexpressed across a range of lymphoma cells. Data from this poster demonstrate anti-tumor efficacy of CD38-SADA when used with Lutetium 177 (Lu 177 )-DOTA in a two-step approach to pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy ("PRIT"). Tumor responses in a xenograft mouse model were rapid and dose-dependent, further supporting the clinical development of CD38-SADA PRIT in patients with CD38-positive lymphoid malignancies. "This preclinical analysis provides important insights into the unique pharmacology of CD38-SADA and its therapeutic potential for NHL," said Brian H. Santich, Ph.D., the lead author and co-inventor of the SADA PRIT technology platform. "The anti-tumor efficacy positively correlated with increasing doses of Lu 177 -DOTA and CD38-SADA, which informed the study design and initial dosing regimen of our Trial 1201 in patients with NHL." In addition, Y-mAbs presents a trial-in-progress poster from its ongoing Phase 1 (Trial 1201) clinical study evaluating the safety and tolerability of CD38-SADA PRIT with Lu 177 -DOTA in adults with relapsed or refractory NHL. Trial 1201 is a first-in-human, dose-escalation, open-label, multicenter study composed of two parts. Part A includes dose escalation of the CD38-SADA bispecific fusion protein to define the optimal safe dose of the CD38-SADA protein, the administration interval between CD38-SADA and Lu 177 -DOTA, and the Lu 177 -DOTA dose for tumor imaging. In Part B, dose escalation of Lu 177 -DOTA will establish the optimal therapeutic dose of the radioactive payload. For each part, the escalation is based on a 3+3 trial design of 4 planned dose levels. "We are pleased to share the details of this Phase 1 clinical trial, which is investigating a potentially transformative approach to pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy for patients with relapsed and refractory NHL," said Vignesh Rajah, MBBS, DCH, MRCP (UK), Chief Medical Officer. "This is our second clinical program evaluating the SADA PRIT technology platform and our first in hematological malignancies." The abstract details are below: Abstract Title: " CD38-SADA, a Self-Assembling and Dis-Assembling Bispecific Fusion Protein for Two-Step Pretargeted Radioimmunotherapy of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma" Format : Poster Presentation, ID: 1599 Date and Time: Saturday, December 7, 2024, 5:30 PM-7:30 PM Abstract Title: " CD38-SADA Pretargeted Radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) with Lutetium 177 (Lu177)-DOTA in Adult Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma: A First-in-Human Phase 1 Trial" Format : Poster Presentation, ID: 4434.1 Date and Time: Monday, December 9, 2024, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), including Dr. Nai-Kong Cheung, developed the SADA technology for radioimmunotherapy, which is exclusively licensed by MSK to Y-mAbs. Dr. Cheung has intellectual property rights and interests in the technology, and as a result of this licensing arrangement, MSK has institutional financial interests in the technology. About Y-mAbs Y-mAbs is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, radioimmunotherapy and antibody-based therapeutic cancer products. The Company's technologies include its investigational Self-Assembly DisAssembly ("SADA") Pretargeted Radioimmunotherapy Platform ("PRIT") and bispecific antibodies generated using the Y-BiClone platform. The Company's broad and advanced product pipeline includes the anti-GD2 therapy DANYELZA® (naxitamab-gqgk), the first FDA-approved treatment for patients with relapsed or refractory high-risk neuroblastoma in the bone or bone marrow after a partial response, minor response, or stable disease to prior therapy. About CD38-SADA PRIT CD38-SADA is a bispecific fusion protein that tightly binds to the CD38 antigen and to select radionuclides chelated to tetraxetan (or "DOTA"). CD38-SADA contains a p53-derived domain that drives the self-assembly of CD38-SADA tetramers, which possess four distinct binding sites for CD38. In the first step of pre-targeted radiotherapy, non-radiolabeled-CD38-SADA tetramers are infused and bind with high avidity to CD38-positive tumors, while unbound CD38-SADA disassembles into low molecular weight monomers that are removed by the kidney. The second infusion delivers the "radioactive payload," which binds to the CD38-SADA on tumor cells for localized irradiation. CD38-SADA PRIT with Lutetium 177 (Lu 177)-DOTA is now under clinical investigation in Trial 1201 (NCT05994157). The widow of 'Only Fools and Horses' legend John Challis, Carol, has shared a poignant moment from her visit to his graveside over the festive period. Touched by the heartfelt decorations festooned on his grave at Leintwardine in Herefordshire, Carol took to social media to reveal how residents paid tribute with a wreath, blooms and even a small Christmas tree adorning his final resting place. Overwhelmed with emotion, Carol posted: "I've just had a little weep. The people at Wigmore Abbey, Steve, Andrea and Victoria went to see John early this morning and left all this Christmas loveliness for him. Never forgotten, Challis." Heartened by the gesture, she mused on the unwavering remembrance of her late spouse, the iconic 'Boycie' actor who dwelt in the famed Wigmore Abbey - a setting that shone in the 'Only Fools' spin-off 'The Green Green Grass'. In a touching tweet brimming with nostalgia, Carol recalled lost loved ones, sharing: "Especially over Christmas, my thoughts have been with my much loved and missed mother Libby, father Denis, nephew Simon and my darling husband. All gone. All those memories." The family of the late John Challis, beloved for his role as 'Boycie', released a heartfelt statement: "He will always be loved for being 'Boycie' and leaves a great legacy of work that will continue to bring pleasure and smiles for many years to come," reports the Mirror . The Express covered the story, noting the family's plans to hold a celebration of John's life in the future, open to all. His health had sharply declined before his passing, with Sir David Jason commenting on This Morning: "It wasn't a complete surprise because poor old John hadn't been well for the last month or two. But he went downhill so fast, very rapidly, that one minute we were thinking he was on the road to recovery and sadly it just took him." At the time, his family said the actor died "peacefully in his sleep, after a long battle with cancer" and encouraged donations to Cuan Wildlife Rescue, Tusk, or the British Hedgehog Preservation Society in his memory. Posthumously, it was revealed that John's will instructed for his estate to go to his fourth wife Carol, whom he married in 1995. John had previously been married to Carol Robertson, Debbie Arnold, and Sabina Franklyn, but did not have any children. His headstone bears a subtle tribute to the much-loved sitcom; the inscription reads: "John Challis - actor - 1942-2021, I am here." A line fans of Only Fools will instantly recognise from the classic episode featuring psychic Elsie Partridge holding a séance with Del Boy, Rodney Trotter, and Boycie in attendance. Elsie channels a spirit calling for someone named Audrey... no, Aubrey. In the silent room, Boycie speaks out, "I am here," revealing his middle name is Aubrey. "You never said your name was Aubrey," Trigger remarks, to which he retorts: "Nor would you if your name was Aubrey." A Canadian parliamentary committee, spearheaded by opposition Conservative lawmaker John Williamson, plans to convene during the legislative recess to advance a non-confidence vote against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government. This initiative aims to accelerate political shifts in the Canadian leadership landscape. The House of Commons Public Accounts Committee, beginning meetings on January 7, plans to deliberate and vote on a motion of non-confidence, as per a letter Williamson sent to committee members. For the motion to succeed, it must eventually pass through the entire House of Commons. The parliament is set to reconvene on January 27, raising the stakes for Trudeau's government. Trudeau, under mounting pressure since the resignation of his former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, faces a significant political upheaval. Williamson, alongside members from Conservative, Bloc Quebecois, and NDP parties, believes a majority supports the non-confidence motion. Meanwhile, Jagmeet Singh of NDP indicates potential support, threatening the stability of Trudeau's administration as opposition forces rally together. They claimed the retailer had advertised sales on certain merchandise that were never discounted from their original price. After explaining that they were looking for a deal on some toolsets for their work, the customer showed a side-by-side comparison of prices in Home Depot's Black Friday catalog and on its website in a recent TikTok video from influencer Sissi ( @sissili_ca ). In the physical catalog, the cost for the Milwaukee toolset they were looking for could be seen at $349, a discount from $399. Still, when the customer found the same toolset on Home Depot's website through their phone , it was listed at $399. While the original price was back, it was still advertised in the "Black Friday Deal" section. Read More on Home Depot The mixup left the shopper feeling like Home Depot was trying to convince shoppers of a discount that wasn't there anymore. "We've been getting scammed!" they fumed in the clip. "I don't know why people go to the stores on Black Friday to pay more." They continued to belabor their point through other toolset listings with price discrepancies. Most read in Money WHAT'S GOING ON? In the Fourth of July Home Depot catalog, another Milwaukee toolset was listed at $399 by the retailer. It was also included in the Black Friday Deal section online, but the shopper showed a listing on their phone that read $479. To verify the toolsets were the same, they read off and showed the matching product descriptions. The U.S. Sun has contacted Home Depot for more information on the pricing mixup. Even so, the shopper isn't alone in their claims. "Went to Home Depot on Black Friday for a toolbox and their in-store 'deal' was $259 more than online and they wouldn't honor the online price," someone else commented in an X thread that included the clip. Most merchandise bought at Home Depot is eligible for a return and a refund within 90 days of purchase. There are, however, some exceptions: Major appliances Custom products (paint, blinds, etc.) Special order products Generators Delivery, labor, and installation services Product samples Credit: Home Depot "Shame on @HomeDepot," another fumed. SIGN SNAFOO Home Depot was also called out for the pricing by deals expert Tom ( @sidemoneytom ) in a viral TikTok video that garnered over 500,000 views. "Black Friday here at Home Depot seems like a total scam," Tom said. He could be seen peeling back a sign for a high-pressure inflator at $24.97 that was supposedly slashed from $39.97. Under the Black Friday sign was the price for the high-pressure inflator on a normal day at $24.97. So, was there really a discount? Tom proceeded to do the same thing for several products. A top comment on his post was from a Home Depot employee. "I work in Homedepot, and I can confirm that's all true." Shoppers should also be prepared for the retailer to switch its hours at all 2,300 locations soon for an entire day.

Industry body CII on Sunday pitched for cuts in personal income tax rates and excise duty on fuel and introducing consumption vouchers in the upcoming budget to boost consumption. Engineering Exports Promotion Council (EEPC) has proposed a faceless GST audit system to support micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). ET Year-end Special Reads What kept India's stock market investors on toes in 2024? India's car race: How far EVs went in 2024 Investing in 2025: Six wealth management trends to watch out for "Domestic consumption has been critical to India's growth story, but inflationary pressures have somewhat eroded the purchasing power of consumers," said Chandrajit Banerjee, director general of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). "Government interventions could focus on enhancing disposable incomes and stimulating spending to sustain economic momentum." Persistent food inflation pressures impinge upon low-income rural households who allocate a larger share to food in their consumption basket, Banerjee said. Retail inflation fell to 5.5% in November, after rising to a high of 6.2% in October. Reducing excise duty on fuel, which constitutes a significant part of household expenses, would lower inflation and increase disposable income, CII said. It also suggested reducing the marginal tax rate for personal income up to ₹20 lakh per annum, which would encourage higher consumption and enhance tax revenue. "The gap between the highest marginal rate for individuals at 42.74% and the normal corporate tax rate at 25.17 %, is high," CII said in its release. Additionally, it proposed raising the daily minimum wage under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) to ₹375 from ₹267, which would involve an additional expenditure of ₹42,000 crore. The annual payout under the PM-Kisan scheme should also be raised to ₹8,000 from ₹6,000, incurring an additional cost of ₹20,000 crore, assuming 100 million beneficiaries, the industry body said. CII suggested the introduction of consumption vouchers for specific items and timeframes. These vouchers could target Jan-Dhan account holders who are not beneficiaries of other welfare schemes. Banerjee highlighted a decline in household savings due to lower returns on bank deposits compared to equities and mutual funds, combined with higher tax burdens on interest income. To address this, CII recommended reducing the tax rate on interest income from deposits and shortening the lock-in period for fixed deposits with preferential tax treatment from five years to three years. EEPC India has proposed the introduction of a faceless goods and services tax (GST) audit system. In a post to his personal Instagram account, McNamara described himself as "proud member" of the Iowa football program. Iowa quarterback Cade McNamara throws against Michigan State during the first half of an NCAA college football game, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, in East Lansing, Mich. "It has come to my attention that there are individuals in the media circulating rumors about my current status on the Iowa Football Team," McNamara wrote. "These are ridiculous accusations and 100% false. My status on the same as it's always been — a proud member of this football team." The a picture of McNamara participating in Iowa's pregame swarm, hand-in-hand with his Hawkeyes teammates, accompanied the statement. Rumors questioning McNamara's status started to swirl on social media earlier this week. The rumors claimed McNamara departed the football program or refused to play for the remainder of the season after back-to-back starts for Brendan Sullivan. The "clearly cloudy" description of Iowa's quarterback situation from head coach Kirk Ferentz further added fuel to the rumors. On Tuesday, Ferentz indicated fourth-string walk-on Jackson Stratton would start against Maryland despite McNamara occupying the top spot on the quarterback depth chart on Monday. In his post, McNamara clarified the injury he sustained against Northwestern and which forced him out for Iowa's win over Wisconsin and loss to UCLA. "I suffered a concussion versus Northwestern and have been doign everything in my power to get back on the field," McNamara wrote. "I have NOT been cleared to play yet. I was cleared to participate in practice this past Sunday but had an adverse reaction which is common for someone coming out of protocol. "I have been lifting and attending meetings as much as possible but have not physically participated in practice Monday through Thursday of this week." The injury and his adverse reaction prevented McNamara from making the trip to Maryland this weekend. The graduate senior added he remains intent on returning to the field for Iowa's season finale against Nebraska next Friday. "I am working with the University of Iowa doctors and trainers, a concussion specialist focused on vision training, as well as engaging in hyperbaric treatments as frequent as possible," McNamara said. "...I am confident that my teammates will return from Maryland with a win." A post shared by Cade McNamara (@cademac.12) McNamara appeared in the first eight games of the season and completed 60.5% of his passes for 1,017 yards and six touchdowns with five interceptions before exiting in the second half of a win over Northwestern. With McNamara and Sullivan out, Stratton is expected to start his first career game at Iowa. The former Colorado State transfer went 3-of-6 for 28 yards in relief of an injured Sullivan against UCLA. With the Rams, Stratton went 4-of-17 for 78 yards and one touchdown to two interceptions in four appearances as a freshman in 2022. The Hawkeyes face Maryland at 11 a.m. on Saturday with broadcast coverage provided by Big Ten Network. Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz offered the oxymoronic and ambiguous phrase 'clearly cloudy' when discusses who his quarterback would be against Maryland on Saturday. Despite Maryland's losing record and three-game losing streak, the Iowa Hawkeyes head into Saturday's matchup with the Terrapins focused on being "ready to go" and starting fast. In the wake of Mark Farley's midseason retirement announcement, Iowa coaches sent their congratulations to the 24-year head coach of Northern Iowa football and weighed in on Farley's final message. When asked to explain how the statements of Giani Harpreet Singh could lead to all these incidents, Sarna said “Whatever I had to say, I have written in my note.” At the same time, he also pointed out that reducing the security detail for Sukhbir during “sewa” may have contributed to creating a conducive environment for an armed attack on him. Sarna said he has urged the Sikh high priests to recognise the responsibility they hold during these challenging times. He also called on Sikh leaders and the community to examine the causes and circumstances that led to the attack so that such incidents could be prevented in the future.
