The campaign, centered around the theme "Beyond Limits," culminated in the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra being launched 120,000 feet above the Earth, making it the first robot vacuum in space. When Roborock began searching for an agency to develop a video campaign around their hashtag, #BeyondLimits, Adcetera's creatives stepped in to develop a narrative that could bring those two words to life. The resulting social media campaign features three scientists frustrated by outdated cleaning tools. Their solution? Invent the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. After putting the vacuum through a series of "Beyond Limits" tests, the scientists take it one step further and launch it into space. The collaboration included partnering with Sent into Space, a UK-based company specializing in sending objects into the upper stratosphere. On September 17, 2024 , the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra successfully launched from Sheffield, UK , reaching 120,000 feet above Earth and enduring extreme temperatures, thus proving the product's endurance and innovation. The project involved building a unique laboratory set, sourcing talent and hundreds of props, a post-production that included multiple special effects, and coordinating an international space launch — all executed with precision to ensure the project stayed on schedule, within budget, and within scope. Stella Lin , Marketing Specialist at Roborock, praised the collaboration: "It was a pleasure collaborating with Adcetera on these projects. I believe they not only demonstrate Roborock's exceptional product quality and groundbreaking achievements, but also serve as a strong testament to Adcetera's professional expertise." To date, the video series has collectively garnered tens of millions of views across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. "We're proud of how our team turned a larger-than-life idea — an idea that felt almost impossible — into reality," said Adcetera's Chief Creative Officer Rowan Gearon . Serving tech enthusiasts for over 25 years.TechSpot means tech analysis and advice you can trust In brief: Scientists at MIT have achieved a groundbreaking feat by creating a unique magnetic state in a material using light. By applying lasers, they successfully switched an antiferromagnetic material into an entirely new magnetic state. This discovery holds the potential to revolutionize next-generation memory and data storage technology, paving the way for chips far more advanced than today's standards. -247°F. They hypothesized that precisely exciting the vibrations of FePS3's atoms with lasers could disrupt its typical antiferromagnetic alignment and induce a new magnetic state. In conventional magnets (ferromagnets), all atomic spins align in the same direction, making their magnetic field easy to control. In contrast, antiferromagnets have a more... 'He doesn't care': Elon Musk's call for 'more positive' attitudes instantly backfiresTORONTO (AP) — Mark Scheifele scored a hat trick and an assist while Kyle Connor collected two goals and an assist to spark the NHL-leading Winnipeg Jets to a 5-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday. The Jets enter the Christmas break with back-to-back wins, while the Maple Leafs dropped their second in a row at Scotiabank Arena without wounded captain Auston Matthews, out with an upper-body injury. Gabriel Vilardi added three assists. Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck made 23 saves. Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey had two assists to reach 30 for the season. John Tavares scored twice for the Maple Leafs, and Joseph Woll stopped 22 shots. Maple Leafs forward William Nylander extended his point streak to seven games with assists on both of Tavares' goals. Toronto: Defender Chris Tanev missed his first game this year with a lower-body ailment after skating in the pre-game warmup. Winnipeg: As impressive as the Jets (25-10-1) have played before the break, they are only one point ahead of the 36-game pace of 23-9-4 set a year ago. After Jets defenseman Neal Pionk had his shot blocked, the puck bounded to Mitch Marner for a breakaway. Pionk hustled back to lift Marner’s stick to foil his shot attempt early in the second period to preserve Winnipeg’s 2-0 lead. The Maple Leafs have gone 7-4-0 with Matthews on the sidelines this season and 42-23-2 in his career. Toronto returns to action after the holiday break on Friday, visiting the Detroit Red Wings. Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin says his side cannot afford to be fooled by Hibernian’s lowly position in the Premiership this season. The Hibees are bottom of the Scottish Premiership with one win from their opening 13 league games, while the Dons are looking to bounce back from their first loss of the league season – when they travel to Easter Road on Tuesday. Thelin knows Hibs are under pressure at the foot of the table, but believes focusing on the league standings would be a mistake for his side. The Dons boss said: “You see the quality of the individual players, how they can be one against one. They are at a really high level. “I think it will be difficult. “If you watch the table, you can think one thing – but I think that’s a big mistake. “They are a good team and they have strong individual players, so we have to be really sharp tomorrow. “I think it is better to focus on what we can do. “I don’t know how they are going to prepare themselves... maybe they use this run to also try to be better. “For us, it is more important what we do and (that we) don’t think about their situation. “Hibernian have created some really good opportunities inside the game, then some goals have gone against them, but I still think it’s a good team. “I know their manager is probably a really hard worker and they are going to try to find solutions. “The most important thing for me is how we want to act.” Thelin surprised by Hibees’ plight The Dons boss is surprised to see Hibs struggling at the bottom of the division, but insists the Leith outfit can still turn their fortunes around. When asked if he was surprised at Hibernian’s poor start, Thelin said: “Yeah, but the season is not over yet. “It happens also in Sweden sometimes. We have some clubs there that have been really big clubs, but you get in this (poor) period and then how you get out of them is the most important thing. “So football, that’s why it’s a so passionate sport because it’s really complex sometimes how you can get stable over some years and it takes time to build a consistency that can be good every year. “When you’re building sometimes you can take some steps backwards and then you get two steps forward. “I don’t know Hibernian as a club – I don’t know the people who work there. I don’t know so much about it.” Thelin’s focus is on Aberdeen as Hibs’ David Gray feels heat It has been a season of surprises in Scottish football’s top-flight so far – with the Dons second in the table, while Hibs, Hearts and Kilmarnock make up the bottom three. Thelin, however, claims his focus has been solely on his own team. He said: “I didn’t put the teams in specific order before the season starts, but I know they are a well-run club and they want to achieve things. “But I didn’t think so much about if this team was going to arrive here or if this was going to be a challenge. “I just focused on my first year in Scotland and in this league and the first month in this club. “Of course, they hired me for some reason and what is my belief and how can I share this with the club and the identity the club already has; and try to build something strong from this point of view. “I don’t think it’s much about the other teams.” While the Aberdeen manager has paid little more than a glance towards Hibs, Thelin is sorry to see Hibs boss David Gray under pressure at Easter Road. He said: “For me, it’s always humans and that’s our job and the world is what it is – but I always try to respect them. “I’s always difficult when things get tough, but hopefully I’m sure he has a good team surrounding around him and focus on the right things.”WASHINGTON (AP) — A machinists strike. Another safety problem involving its troubled top-selling airliner. A plunging stock price. 2024 was already a dispiriting year for Boeing, the American aviation giant. But when one of the company's jets crash-landed in South Korea on Sunday, killing all but two of the 181 people on board, it brought to a close an especially unfortunate year for Boeing. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and aviation experts were quick to distinguish Sunday's incident from the company’s earlier safety problems. Alan Price, a former chief pilot at Delta Air Lines who is now a consultant, said it would be inappropriate to link the incident Sunday to two fatal crashes involving Boeing’s troubled 737 Max jetliner in 2018 and 2019. In January this year, a door plug blew off a 737 Max while it was in flight, raising more questions about the plane. The Boeing 737-800 that crash-landed in Korea, Price noted, is “a very proven airplane. "It’s different from the Max ...It’s a very safe airplane.’’ For decades, Boeing has maintained a role as one of the giants of American manufacturing. But the the past year's repeated troubles have been damaging. The company's stock price is down more than 30% in 2024. The company's reputation for safety was especially tarnished by the 737 Max crashes, which occurred off the coast of Indonesia and in Ethiopia less than five months apart in 2018 and 2019 and left a combined 346 people dead. In the five years since then, Boeing has lost more than $23 billion. And it has fallen behind its European rival, Airbus, in selling and delivering new planes. Last fall, 33,000 Boeing machinists went on strike, crippling the production of the 737 Max, the company's bestseller, the 777 airliner and 767 cargo plane. The walkout lasted seven weeks, until members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers agreed to an offer that included 38% pay raises over four years. In January, a door plug blew off a 737 Max during an Alaska Airlines flight. Federal regulators responded by imposing limits on Boeing aircraft production that they said would remain in place until they felt confident about manufacturing safety at the company. In July, Boeing agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud for deceiving the Federal Aviation Administration regulators who approved the 737 Max. Acting on Boeing’s incomplete disclosures, the FAA approved minimal, computer-based training instead of more intensive training in flight simulators. Simulator training would have increased the cost for airlines to operate the Max and might have pushed some to buy planes from Airbus instead. (Prosecutors said they lacked evidence to argue that Boeing’s deception had played a role in the crashes.) But the plea deal was rejected this month by a federal judge in Texas, Reed O’Connor , who decided that diversity, inclusion and equity or DEI policies in the government and at Boeing could result in race being a factor in choosing an official to oversee Boeing’s compliance with the agreement. Boeing has sought to change its culture. Under intense pressure over safety issues, David Calhoun departed as CEO in August. Since January, 70,000 Boeing employees have participated in meetings to discuss ways to improve safety.Conor McGregor featured in the Hitman video game. A popular video game developer has decided to pull content featuring Irish MMA fighter Conor McGregor from sale, after a woman who said he raped her won a civil claim for damages against him. Nikita Hand, who accused the sportsman of raping her in a Dublin hotel in December 2018, won her claim against him for damages in a civil case at the High Court in the Irish capital. The jury delivered its verdict on Friday. The total amount of damages awarded to Hand by the jury was 248,603.60 euros (£206,714.31). Mr McGregor made no comment as he left court but later posted on social media that he intends to appeal. The Irish athlete has featured in multiple video games, including voice-acting a character bearing his likeness in additional downloadable content in the Hitman series. Mr McGregor’s character featured as a target for the player-controlled assassin in the game. IO Interactive, the Danish developer and publisher of Hitman, said in a statement: “In light of the recent court ruling regarding Conor McGregor, IO Interactive has made the decision to cease its collaboration with the athlete, effective immediately. “We take this matter very seriously and cannot ignore its implications. “Consequently, we will begin removing all content featuring Mr McGregor from our storefronts starting today.” Mr McGregor had faced an accusation that he “brutally raped and battered” Ms Hand at a hotel in south Dublin in December 2018. The Irish sports star previously told the court he had consensual sex with Ms Hand in a penthouse at the Beacon Hotel. Ms Hand was taken in an ambulance to the Rotunda Hospital the following day where she was assessed in the sexual assault treatment unit. A paramedic who examined Ms Hand the day after the assault had told the court she had not seen “someone so bruised” in a long time.India SSP Market Forecasted to Achieve 5% CAGR Growth by 2030 | Transparency Market Research
