Middlesex County OPP attended the scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision in Strathroy-Caradoc early Sunday morning. Around 2:40 a.m., first responders arrived at the single vehicle collision on Highway 402, west of Glendon Drive. Police confirm one person has died at the scene and three others were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
