A falling Aroon Up line is interpreted as a bearish signal, suggesting that the bullish momentum is fading and a potential downtrend may be underway. Interestingly, an assessment of the Ethereum price one-day chart has shown that a bull flag may be on the way. This pattern often precedes a continuation of an uptrend. A bull flag consists of a rapid price increase (the flagpole) followed by consolidation (the flag). Once the price breaks above the flag’s resistance level, it signals a potential resumption of the uptrend. The African Talent Campus, in partnership with GATES Africa Training Centers and the Management University of Africa (MUA), is introducing a revolutionary approach to education that leverages technology to predict children’s career paths as early as 4-6 years old. 'Anti-woke' Americans hail death of DEI as another domino topples
Many little girls venture to New York City around the holidays and get wide-eyed when they walk up to Radio City Music Hall. Some dream of being in the kickline alongside the dozens of Rockettes in sparkling and festive costumes. It only becomes a reality for very few talented, lucky dancers. Gracie Epperson saw the show as a young girl and, having taken dance classes starting at the age of 3, felt called to perform in the show someday. "I just fell in love with it, like I want to do that, I need to do that," Epperson said. "I want the sparkly costumes; I need to kick." She worked diligently through her teen years, participating in competition dance through In Motion Dance Studio in Winston-Salem. "You just wanted to watch her dance," studio owner Michelle Nicholson said. "You knew she was going to be something special." At the age of 18, Epperson moved to New York City with her sights set on Radio City Music Hall. It took six years of auditions and workshops before she finally got the call that she was going to be a Rockette. "It took me six years to audition, and I’m really, I'm proud of that because I think you should never give up on your dreams," she said. "I’m very thankful for my community in Winston, and I credit so much to them for me getting here today. They were always there. Those are the people that inspire me to keep going." Landing the role was just the start of more hard work for Epperson. She described their training, which was six hours a day, six days a week, as "very physically demanding." It's all to create that iconic synchronized kickline. "It’s really cool to see a group of 36 women make a line," she said. "It was really magical to be on that side of things and watch us all come together as a team. It’s really a sisterhood. ... Everyone is so nice and encouraging. It’s really one of the best environments I’ve ever been lucky enough to be a part of." Epperson said one of her favorite numbers is the iconic parade of the wooden soldiers. She also highlighted new technology being used this year. Her family and some friends have already gone to see her perform. "It was a lot of tears," she said. "I think we were all kind of just speechless, just happy for me. It was just so magical to know they were getting to see all the hard work finally pay off at that level at Radio City Music Hall. They were just proud of me." Nicholson said it has been fun to tell her youngest dancers about Epperson's roots in their Winston-Salem dance studio. Some of them have gone to New York City this year just to see her perform and come back giddy and hopeful to be like her someday. The last time Nicholson saw the Christmas Spectacular show was with Epperson when she was still in high school and aspiring to become a Rockette herself. This week, Nicholson will be back in the crowd, watching Epperson on stage this time. "I've known many other Rockettes but never have trained one before," Nicholson said. "So, getting to sit in the audience and watch that little girl be that beautiful woman is just going to, is just going to be amazing. I can't wait." Chennai: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh government is making efforts to establish Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025 as a global symbol of Indian culture and unity. To promote the grand event, the Yogi government is organizing roadshows across the country to invite people to be a part of it. As part of this initiative, State Minister for Cooperative (Independent Charge) Jayendra Pratap Singh Rathore and State Minister for Home (Independent Charge) Aseem Arun led a grand roadshow in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ministers extended an invitation to Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, and the general public to join the Mahakumbh celebrations. During a press conference, the Ministers shared that around 45 crore pilgrims, saints, and tourists are expected to attend Mahakumbh 2025. Efforts are being made to ensure that the event is Swachh, Digital, Swasth, Surakshit. These include campaigns like banning single-use plastic, planting three lakh trees, and setting up 101 smart parking sites for tourists. Healthcare services will include a 100-bed hospital and smaller hospitals with 24-hour doctors. The Ministers also shared that flower showers will be arranged at 44 permanent ghats, and a 15.25-kilometer-long riverfront, modeled after Mumbai's Marine Drive, will be built. For crowd management, attribute-based cameras, RFID wristbands, and GPS tracking technologies will be used. The Ministers emphasized that the Mahakumbh is a symbol of India's cultural and spiritual consciousness and a unique celebration of unity in diversity. They assured that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the event will elevate India's cultural heritage to new global heights. They stated that the Yogi government is sending invitations to all states of India and the entire world for the grand festival of Mahakumbh 2025. Kongu Nadu Makkal Desiya Katchi (KMDK) general secretary E.R. Eswaran has stressed the urgent need for implementation of the Pandiyar-Punnampuzha scheme to address the growing water crisis in the Kongu region. Speaking to mediapersons on Sunday, following the party’s general body meeting in Sengodampalayam, Erode district, he called for immediate government action to secure the region’s water future. He also raised concerns about water pollution in Erode district, mainly caused by waste from dyeing units being discharged into local water bodies. “This pollution has led to a rise in cancer cases, and the government must find a permanent solution,” he said. He criticised the ban on toddy sales, arguing that lifting the ban would significantly boost farmers’ income. “The government should lift the ban to help farmers improve their livelihood,” he added. Mr. Eswaran also urged the State government to include Kalingarayan’s name in the Athikadavu Avinashi project and called for creation of a separate Gobichettipalayam district. Mr. Eswaran also commented on the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam’s first conference, noting the low turnout from the Kongu region. “Just because people watch an actor’s movie doesn’t mean they will follow him into politics,” he stated. On Godavari - Cauvery interlinking, Mr. Easwaran urged the Central government to prioritise the project and criticised the BJP for failing to take concrete steps despite supporting Tamil Nadu’s development.
