slotbet888 FSK Completes Public Offering of $100 million 6.125% Unsecured Notes Due 2030NoneBy Aaron Webb Braylon Edwards, a standout 3-star cornerback from powerhouse Duncanville High School in Texas, should be rising up the Class of 2026 rankings. Known for his speed, football IQ, and ability to shut down wide receivers, Edwards recently received an offer from Michigan State University via his social media on Twitter. This offer adds a new dynamic to his recruitment and could be a game-changer as the junior evaluates his options. #AGTG After a great conversation with @coach_meat I’m blessed to receive an offer from @MSU_Football @CoachCPz @DBcoachadams @CoachSamuels11 @Coach_Smith @MikeRoach247 @__aaron7 @MarshallLev_ @ChadSimmons_ @TomLoy247 @dctf @Duncanville_FB pic.twitter.com/NsPySZyQvJ A Rapidly Rising Talent Edwards has proven himself as one of the best cornerbacks in his class, earning offers from schools like Arizona State, North Texas, UTSA, Coastal Carolina, Texas A&M, Lamar, Temple, and Abilene Christian. His playmaking ability and athleticism make him a top target for several programs across the country. Michigan State’s Offer: A Big Opportunity The offer from Michigan State places Edwards in the spotlight of one of college football’s top conferences, the Big Ten. Michigan State has a strong defensive pedigree, and their ability to develop NFL-caliber cornerbacks makes them an appealing option for Edwards. A key figure in that development is Michigan State's secondary coach, Blue Adams , who joined the Spartans' staff in December 2023. With nearly 15 years of coaching experience, including stints in both college and the NFL, and his own NFL career, Adams brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to East Lansing. Under his guidance, defensive backs have thrived, with several players making their way to the NFL. His emphasis on technique and fundamentals has led to a secondary that plays fast, physical, and aggressive while creating takeaways. MSU head coach Jonathan Smith , who coached with Adams at Oregon State praised him for his ability to develop defensive backs, saying, "He has coached multiple NFL Draft picks and learned from some of the top coaches in the game. Coach Adams is also an excellent recruiter and creates strong player relationships." This combination of experience and coaching prowess makes Michigan State an even more attractive option for Edwards. The Impact on Michigan State's Offer With Michigan State entering the race, Edwards’ recruitment is sure to intensify. The Big Ten’s allure, combined with Michigan State’s strong coaching staff, could influence Edwards’ decision-making process moving forward. While he already holds offers from several strong programs, the prestige of Michigan State, along with the opportunity to develop under a coach like Blue Adams, could prompt Edwards to take a closer look at what the Spartans have to offer. As his recruitment unfolds, Edwards will have plenty of options to consider. However, Michigan State’s recent offer could be a pivotal moment in his journey toward finding the best fit for his future in football.

New Delhi: In a major booster for India’s efforts to localise Chinese investments in India, smartphone giant Vivo has decided to form a joint venture with domestic Dixon Technologies for contract manufacturing its devices and other electronics products. Dixon will hold 51% stake in the JV, while the remaining will be with Vivo India. Dixon and Vivo India said entered into a Binding Term Sheet for the proposed JV to undertake OEM business of electronic devices, including smartphones. However, neither Dixon nor Vivo India will have any stake in each other. “The facility will undertake part of Vivo’s OEM orders of smartphones in India, and can also engage in OEM business of various electronic products of other brands,” Dixon said, emphasising that the deal will not have any impact on its contract manufacturing business for other brands such as Motorola and Nokia. “The parties will agree on an optimum structure and the relevant terms and conditions to be set out in the definitive agreements. The transaction will be subject to execution of such definitive agreements, completion of customary conditions precedent and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including as required under the foreign exchange control laws of India,” the company said. Tata group was also believed to be looking at a deal with Vivo India, but it could not materialise. Dixon Vice Chairman and MD Atul B Lall said the company sees Vivo India as an “ideal strategic partner” that shares its core values of quality, engineering prowess and customer satisfaction. “We believe that this association will bolster our manufacturing excellence and superior execution abilities and Vivo’s leadership in the Indian business ecosystem. We are excited to work together to create a stronger, more diversified, and future-proof organization. “ Jerome Chen, CEO of Vivo India said the deal with Dixon gets “rich localized management experience and outstanding professional manufacturing” prowess. “The proposed JV will undertake part of Vivo's OEM orders of smartphones in India, and can also engage in OEM business of various electronic products of other brands. This partnership will effectively complement the current manufacturing operations of Vivo India,” Chen said. Ready to Master Stock Valuation?
