An Aiken County woman will spend over 23 years in jail after pleading guilty Dec. 19. Kayla Denise Reed, 37, of Belvedere , pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to court records. Judge Courtney Clyburn-Pope sentenced Reed to 15 years in prison on the criminal sexual conduct charge. She sentenced Reed to 10 years in prison on the sexual exploitation charge.
