In 2025, the universe wants the Rabbits (those born in 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023) to sit back and think about their past, as it will help them learn lessons that can change their future. It is a year in which a theme of reflection develops as Rabbits seek to gain a better understanding of what they want out of life and the paths that they should follow. The year is relatively predictable financially, but do not indulge in reckless investment or unnecessary spending. The year is about expressing oneself and being in touch. Speak your mind and set free the things you want to say. Also Read 3 Chinese zodiac signs will likely receive financial luck in January 2025 Rabbit Career Horoscope 2025 The year presents a fair share of highs and lows that may shape your career path. New jobs will be available in 2025, particularly for those industries that reward creativity. This is the perfect time to take the plunge for those planning to switch careers or enter new industries. Your talents and achievements will be more valuable than ever. This year, one should disclose career plans to the authorities and look for responsibilities. However, there might be some stagnation in the process or organisational barriers, such as reorganisation or a change of leadership, that may take some time before one gets their due reward. While Rabbit people may have many strengths, some of their skills may become irrelevant as industries turn to automation and technology. To offset this, learning and skill development need to be ongoing. Participating in a training program targeted towards a specific technology or methodology may make you unique. Rabbit Money Horoscope 2025 According to the scenario analysis for 2025, Rabbits must be wise while planning their financial and investment strategies. In case the economic situation turns unfavourable, they should work on creating a strong material base. Rabbits should diversify across various assets to avoid the risk of high market fluctuations. Investing in stocks, bonds, and real estate and being part of a good investment list is possible. However, selecting the right products in each category will be important and require extensive research. If the Rabbits want to avoid more risks, they can invest in government bonds or high-quality corporate bonds. These investments normally offer relatively lower earnings but considerably less risk than, for instance, stocks or real estate. They may be useful for protecting capital while receiving a constant, if low, income in the process. Rabbit Love Horoscope 2025 In 2025, Rabbits’ love life will be at different stages of evolution depending on their relationship status. Single Rabbits should find 2025 an ideal year to search for potential partners since they will likely be more active in social networks. It is possible to have new experiences or return to a hobby they once enjoyed, and at the same time, they will have a better chance of meeting someone. Online dating relationships might also be as productive if one is prepared to be honest with oneself and the heart. 2025 will be more of a foundational year for those just starting to date. One has to pay much attention to appreciation, as these stages serve as a basis for further relationships. In the first months of dating, Rabbits should try to listen to their partners and vice versa. This is when one is supposed to find out what is dear and precious to both of you, which can foster the bond. People who share their expectations, dreams, and fears will build stronger relationships and be less sensitive to outside pressures. It is also healthy to check in occasionally to make sure the two of you are on the same page regarding goals and feelings. Rabbit Health Horoscope 2025 For Rabbits, health will be the focus in 2025, which means that they will need to pay much attention to ways of keeping fit and avoiding some problems. It is a good year to develop healthier habits or improve existing ones, including introducing new types of physical activity for the long term. Yoga, swimming, or cycling could be ideal examples of such activities, and they have many advantages, not only for our physical well-being. The tender areas of Rabbits in 2025 will be the lungs and spine. Thus, it is necessary to take precautions to preserve these areas. Regarding respiratory health, smoking should be discouraged, and exposure to pollutants should be reduced while engaging in exercises that strengthen the lungs or breathing exercises like aerobics. The change of seasons, particularly between spring and autumn, may cause health complications. During these months, rabbits must be very careful, strengthen their immune systems by taking many vitamins and antioxidants, and get flu shots if necessary.
The (ASX: XJO) stock ( ) has just received a major vote of confidence from its current CEO through a . It can be a pleasing sign when a member of a leadership team buys their company's shares on the market. This suggests that the person believes in the business's long-term potential and is attracted to the valuation. Despite Lovisa CEO Victor Herrero intending to in May 2025, he recently invested in some Lovisa shares. He may have seen a buying opportunity with the company following a 22% share price drop from 23 August. Let's look at how much of the ASX 200 stock he decided to buy and at what price. Lovisa today that Victor Herrero has bought another 10,200 Lovisa shares to boost his holdings. He bought the shares at a price of $29.48, bringing the total investment to approximately $300,000. This investment brought his total holding to approximately 3.09 million shares, which is worth just over $90 million. Herrero is financially aligned with the success of the business, meaning when regular Lovisa shareholders succeed, so does Herrero. I think it's a good idea to look at growing businesses where the share price is lower because it suggests investors will get better value with a cheaper . Lovisa is growing its affordable jewellery store network globally, which is supporting sales growth. In its , the company advised that its total sales were up 10% in the first 20 weeks of FY25, and global comparable store sales were up 1% year over year. Lovisa also revealed that it had opened 27 net new stores for the 2025 financial year to date, comprising a mix of 40 new stores and 13 closures. This includes two relating to the conversion of its UAE franchise business to company-owned and two relocations. At the time of the AGM, it had 927 stores across 49 markets, with three new franchise markets opened in the year to date: Ivory Coast, Republic of Congo, and Panama. Compared to November 2023, it had 91 more stores and was operating in nine additional markets. According to the Commsec forecast, the ASX 200 stock is projected to generate 84.9 cents of . This puts the Lovisa share price at 34x FY25's estimated earnings, and it could pay a partially franked of 2.6%. I think now could be a long-term opportunity with the compelling company, though I expect it may see plenty of over the years as a retail business. I've been considering a top-up investment during this period.
The first confirmed cases of avian influenza were reported in three separate chicken farms located in different prefectures across Japan. Google is urging users to take immediate action to secure their accounts within the next 7 days. The cybersecurity world is abuzz with news of a massive Gmail takeover hack attack. Google recently issued a warning to its billions of users, revealing that a sophisticated phishing campaign is targeting Gmail accounts. What makes this attack particularly insidious is its ability to bypass traditional security measures like two-factor authentication . This means that even those who have taken steps to secure their accounts are vulnerable. Google has given users a 7-day window to act before their accounts become compromised. But what exactly is this new threat, and what can you do to protect yourself? Understanding the Threat: How Does This Hack Work? Unlike traditional phishing scams that rely on tricking users into revealing their passwords, this new attack exploits a vulnerability in the OAuth 2.0 protocol. OAuth 2.0 is a widely used authorization framework that allows third-party applications to access your Google account without requiring your password. Here’s a simplified breakdown of the attack: The 7-Day Deadline: Why the Urgency? Google’s 7-day warning is not arbitrary. It’s tied to the OAuth 2.0 protocol’s authorization mechanism. When you grant access to a third-party app using OAuth 2.0, the authorization typically lasts for a certain period. In this case, Google has identified that the malicious app involved in this attack has an authorization window of 7 days. This means that if you’ve been targeted and have unknowingly granted access, the attackers have a 7-day window to exploit your account. After this period, the authorization will expire, limiting the attackers’ access. What Happens if Your Account is Hacked? The consequences of a Gmail account takeover can be devastating. How to Protect Yourself: A Step-by-Step Guide Google has provided clear instructions on how to protect yourself from this attack. Here’s a comprehensive guide: My Personal Experience with Phishing Attacks I’ve been using Gmail for over a decade, and I’ve seen my fair share of phishing attempts. One that stands out was a particularly convincing email that appeared to be from my bank. It warned me about suspicious activity on my account and urged me to click on a link to verify my identity. Fortunately, I noticed some red flags, such as grammatical errors and a slightly different sender address. I contacted my bank directly and confirmed that the email was indeed a phishing attempt. This experience reinforced the importance of being vigilant and skeptical of any unsolicited emails. Beyond the 7 Days: Long-Term Security Measures While Google’s 7-day warning highlights the immediate need for action, it’s crucial to adopt long-term security practices to protect your Gmail account and other online accounts. The Gmail takeover hack attack is a serious threat that all users should take seriously. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can significantly reduce your risk of falling victim to this attack. Remember, your online security is an ongoing process. Stay vigilant, stay informed, and take proactive steps to protect your accounts.

In recent years, Kashmir has witnessed transformative changes in its healthcare infrastructure, ushering in a new era of medical advancement and improved public health outcomes. These improvements are not only enhancing the quality of life for residents but are also contributing to the region’s socio-economic stability. The government has made it a priority to uplift healthcare services, especially in a post-conflict environment, to restore public trust and ensure that every citizen has access to essential healthcare. Government Reforms: Building a Robust Healthcare System The government of India, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir administration, has rolled out several significant initiatives aimed at overhauling the healthcare landscape. One of the most notable schemes is the Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme, which provides free health coverage to over 10.74 crore families nationwide, significantly reducing out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. According to government reports, in Jammu and Kashmir alone, over 4.5 lakh beneficiaries have availed of services under this scheme. Additionally, the ‘Sehat’ scheme extends this coverage to underprivileged sections, ensuring that no individual is left without access to quality healthcare services. New healthcare policies have also focused on reaching remote and underserved communities, bringing equitable healthcare to rural areas. These initiatives have been instrumental in bridging the gap between urban and rural healthcare access, ensuring that quality treatment is available to all, regardless of location. Technological Breakthroughs: Bridging Gaps in Healthcare Access Technological advancements have played a pivotal role in revolutionizing healthcare delivery in Kashmir. Telemedicine has emerged as a game-changer, providing remote consultations to patients who otherwise would have to travel long distances to seek medical advice. According to recent reports, over 2,224 Health and Wellness Centers have been established in rural Jammu and Kashmir to improve healthcare access, providing critical health services, including telemedicine. This initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen rural healthcare infrastructure and ensure residents have timely access to medical consultations. This has been particularly impactful in remote areas where healthcare facilities are sparse. Digital health services, including mobile health units equipped with modern diagnostic tools, have further bridged the healthcare gap. These mobile units bring essential services such as diagnostics and emergency care directly to communities, ensuring timely intervention. The integration of digital technologies in healthcare has significantly improved patient outcomes by enabling faster diagnosis and treatment. Strengthening Healthcare Infrastructure: Facility Upgrades and Expansion The upgradation of existing healthcare facilities and the establishment of new ones have been central to Kashmir’s healthcare advancements. Major hospitals across the region have been equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, modern diagnostics, and specialized treatment facilities, including the development of 400 healthcare projects currently underway in Jammu and Kashmir, aimed at enhancing healthcare infrastructure with modern medical facilities and specialized treatment units. These initiatives are part of a broader focus on improving healthcare access and quality for the entire region. The number of ICU beds has seen a significant increase, along with the availability of specialist doctors, ensuring that critical care is accessible when needed. The establishment of new healthcare centers in previously underserved areas has also been a key focus. These new facilities, equipped with modern infrastructure, are bringing quality healthcare closer to the people, reducing the burden on major hospitals and improving overall healthcare delivery in the region. Maternal and Child Health: Improving Life at the Grassroots Maternal and child health has received special attention in recent healthcare reforms. The government has launched several initiatives aimed at reducing infant mortality rates and improving maternal health outcomes. Programs focused on prenatal and postnatal care, along with immunization campaigns, have led to significant improvements in health indicators for mothers and children. For example, the Intensified Mission Indradhanush (IMI) campaign has targeted immunization in remote and vulnerable populations, ensuring that children receive life-saving vaccines. Nutritional support programs for expecting and new mothers have also been expanded, helping to address malnutrition and promote healthier pregnancies. Collaborative Efforts: Public-Private Partnerships for Better Health Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have been instrumental in enhancing healthcare delivery in Kashmir. Collaborations with private hospitals, non-governmental organizations, and international healthcare providers have helped increase the reach and quality of healthcare services. These partnerships have enabled the establishment of specialized healthcare centers and the delivery of advanced medical services that were previously unavailable in the region. Since 2021, numerous patients have benefited from the establishment of 2,224 Health and Wellness Centers, which have significantly improved access to healthcare in rural areas. These centers are part of an initiative aimed at strengthening primary healthcare and reducing dependence on tertiary facilities. Additionally, Jammu and Kashmir is seeing major investments in healthcare infrastructure, including the establishment of over 400 health projects with an estimated cost of ₹7,177 crore, aimed at bolstering the healthcare landscape with new hospitals, AIIMS, medical colleges, and specialized facilities. These partnerships are helping to fill critical gaps in healthcare infrastructure and are ensuring that residents have access to high-quality medical care. Addressing Barriers: The Ongoing Challenges in Healthcare Access Despite the significant advancements, challenges remain in ensuring healthcare accessibility for all. Geographic isolation, intermittent political instability, and infrastructure limitations continue to pose obstacles to effective healthcare delivery. Rural areas, in particular, face challenges related to connectivity and the availability of healthcare professionals. However, recent advancements are making strides in overcoming these challenges. The expansion of telemedicine, mobile health units, and government-backed digital literacy programs are helping to mitigate the impact of geographic isolation. Continued efforts are needed to address these challenges comprehensively, ensuring that no community is left behind. The Road Ahead: A Vision for Healthcare in Kashmir During a recent visit to some of the far-flung areas of Kashmir, I have been closely involved in various social initiatives through KYARI (Kashmir’s Yumberzal Applied Research Institute), observed firsthand the transformative impact of improved healthcare infrastructure. With the introduction of telemedicine units has been a game-changer for remote communities, where access to timely healthcare was once a distant dream. The future of healthcare in Kashmir looks promising, with several upcoming projects aimed at further enhancing the region’s healthcare infrastructure. The government has announced plans to establish more specialized healthcare centers, focusing on areas like oncology, cardiology, and maternal health. These advancements align with KYARI’s commitment to uplifting the healthcare sector by emphasizing practical solutions for underserved communities. Technological integration will continue to be a key driver, with plans to expand telemedicine services and digital health records to improve patient care. The government also aims to integrate AI-based diagnostic tools to enhance healthcare outcomes in remote areas. Community-driven healthcare development is also a priority, with efforts being made to involve local communities in healthcare planning and implementation. By building on the momentum of recent advancements and ensuring sustainable growth, Kashmir can continue to improve public health outcomes and build a resilient healthcare system. A Healthier Tomorrow for Kashmir Kashmir has made significant strides in improving its healthcare infrastructure, with advancements that have brought quality healthcare to even the most remote corners of the region. The combination of government initiatives, technological innovation, public-private partnerships, and a focus on maternal and child health has laid the foundation for a healthier Kashmir. Continued investment in healthcare, along with a commitment to addressing the challenges that remain, will be crucial in ensuring accessible, quality healthcare for every citizen. With these efforts, Kashmir is on the path to becoming a region where healthcare is not a privilege but a guaranteed right, contributing to the prosperity and well-being of all its people. Government regulators cleared American flights to get airborne about an hour after the Federal Aviation Administration ordered a national ground stop for the airline. The order, which prevented planes from taking off, was issued at the airline's request. The airline said in an email that the problem was caused by trouble with vendor technology that maintains its flight operating system. Dennis Tajer, a spokesperson for the Allied Pilots Association, a union representing American Airlines pilots, said the airline told pilots at 7 a.m. Eastern that there was an outage affecting the system known as FOS. It handles different types of airline operations, including dispatch, flight planning, passenger boarding, as well as an airplane's weight and balance data, he said. Some components of FOS have gone down in the past, but a systemwide outage is rare, Tajer said. Hours after the ground stop was lifted, Tajer said the union had not heard about any “chaos out there beyond just the normal heavy travel day.” He said officials were watching for any cascading effects, such as staffing problems. Flights were delayed across American's major hubs, with only 37% leaving on time, according to Cirium, an aviation analytics company. Out of the 3,901 domestic and international American Airlines flights scheduled for Tuesday, 19 were canceled. Cirium noted that the vast majority of flights were departing within two hours of their scheduled departure time. A similar percentage — 36% — were arriving at their destinations as scheduled. Meanwhile, the flight-tracking site FlightAware reported that 3,712 flights entering or leaving the U.S., or serving domestic destinations, were delayed Tuesday, with 55 flights canceled. It did not show any flights from American Airlines. Cirium said Dallas-Fort Worth, New York’s Kennedy Airport and Charlotte, North Carolina, saw the greatest number of delays. Washington, Chicago and Miami experienced considerably fewer delays. Amid the travel problems, significant rain and snow were expected in the Pacific Northwest at least into Christmas Day. Showers and thunderstorms were developing in the South. Freezing rain was reported in the Mid-Atlantic region near Baltimore and Washington, and snow fell in New York. Because the holiday travel period lasts weeks, airports and airlines typically have smaller peak days than they do during the rush around Thanksgiving, but the grind of one hectic day followed by another takes a toll on flight crews. And any hiccups — a winter storm or a computer outage — can snowball into massive disruptions. That is how Southwest Airlines stranded 2 million travelers in December 2022, and Delta Air Lines suffered a smaller but significant meltdown after a worldwide technology outage in July caused by a faulty software update from cybersecurity company CrowdStrike. Many flights during the holidays are sold out, which makes cancellations even more disruptive than during slower periods. That is especially true for smaller budget airlines that have fewer flights and fewer options for rebooking passengers. Only the largest airlines, including American, Delta and United, have “interline agreements” that let them put stranded customers on another carrier’s flights. This will be the first holiday season since a Transportation Department rule took effect that requires airlines to give customers an automatic cash refund for a canceled or significantly delayed flight. Most air travelers were already eligible for refunds, but they often had to request them. Passengers still can ask to get rebooked, which is often a better option than a refund during peak travel periods. That’s because finding a last-minute flight on another airline tends to be expensive. An American spokesperson said Tuesday was not a peak travel day for the airline — with about 2,000 fewer flights than the busiest days — so the airline had somewhat of a buffer to manage the delays. The groundings happened as millions of travelers were expected to fly over the next 10 days. The Transportation Security Administration expects to screen 40 million passengers through Jan. 2. Airlines expect to have their busiest days on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Many flights during the holidays are sold out, which makes cancellations more disruptive than during slower periods. Even with just a brief outage, the cancellations have a cascading effect that can take days to clear up. About 90% of Americans traveling far from home over the holidays will be in cars, according to AAA. “Airline travel is just really high right now, but most people do drive to their destinations, and that is true for every holiday,” AAA spokesperson Aixa Diaz said. Gasoline prices are similar to last year. The nationwide average Thursday was $3.04 a gallon, down from $3.13 a year ago, according to AAA. Charging an electric vehicle averages just under 35 cents per per kilowatt hour, but varies by state. Transportation-data firm INRIX says travel times on the nation’s highways could be up to 30% longer than normal over the holidays, with Sunday expected to see the heaviest traffic. Boston, New York City, Seattle and Washington are the metropolitan areas primed for the greatest delays, according to the company. —— Associated Press writers David Koenig, Mae Anderson and Mike Pesoli contributed to this report.
