Bee sting first aid : Use a card or fingernail to gently scrape out the sting, avoiding squeezing it. If you're allergic, carry an adrenaline injection and always wear a medical bracelet. Be prepared for emergencies Dr Vlok emphasises the importance of being ready to handle minor injuries or medical issues before professional help arrives. A well-stocked first-aid kit should include bandages, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers and a thermometer.
