Manuel Tamayo-Torres posted 'numerous lengthy videos' on Facebook threatening Trump and his family and even attended one of the president-elect's rallies in Arizona, court documents show. 'You're gonna die, your son's gonna die,' Tamayo-Torres said in a scary video posted Thursday. 'Your whole family is going to die.' 'This is reality for you now. This is the only reality you have in your future, dying,' the clip continued. 'Secret Service, FBI , CIA and the military are all defenseless.' Tamayo-Torres was charged with making threats against the president-elect, who is referred to as 'Individual 1' in the court filings. In another video Tamayo-Torres threatens to shoot Trump before holding up 'what appears to be a white AR-15 style rifle with a 30-round magazine inserted into it,' according to officials. The officials also describe in the court filings how the Arizona man made threats 'on a near-daily basis.' Almost everyday Tamayo-Torres posted videos 'where he talks about [Individual 1] and his family kidnapping and sex-trafficking his children.' An Arizona man was arrested for making threats to kill Donald Trump and his family Manuel Tamayo-Torres, who made repeated threats on Trump and his family, was at Trump's August 23 rally in Glendale Arizona, court documents reveal Tamayo-Torres said he witnessed the president-elect and the Secret Service 'kidnap his daughter' at the Glendale rally Even more shockingly, Tamayo-Torres even appeared at a Trump campaign rally in August. A video from August 23 shows Tamayo-Torres at a Trump campaign rally at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. In the video the man claims he 'observed [Individual 1] and Secret Service kidnap his daughter there.' Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) officials claim they discovered images on Facebook showing Tamayo-Torres holding a verified arsenal of weaponry. He brandished an AR-15, a rifle and a shotgun in one video, ATF officials claim in the court documents. Tamayo-Torres was arrested in California after videos showed him around the San Diego area, though the charges were filed in Arizona. This is just one of the latest threats made against the president-elect in what has been a tumultuous year for his personal safety. While visiting a section of the U.S.-Mexico border wall in Arizona in August, DailyMail.com tipped off Trump that another Arizona man who had made death threats against the Republican was on the loose. Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump tours the southern border with Mexico, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, in Sierra Vista, Arizona Ronald Lee Syvrud, 66, is being sought by Arizona authorities in connection with an alleged assassination plot on Donald Trump Trump thanked DailyMail.com for letting him know, saying 'Thank you for telling me.' Then with a chuckle he said: ' Let's get out of here right now!' It was a surprisingly chipper response just over a month after the first attempt on his life. Notoriously Trump was shot in the ear during a July 13 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks struck the president and several others, killing father Corey Comperatore as he shielded his family from incoming fire. Crooks was killed by Secret Service shortly after opening fire with an AR-15. The horrific rally prompted a review of the Secret Service, and soon thereafter its ex-director, Kimberly Chealte, resigned after getting ridiculed by Democrats and Republicans in Congress for the innumerable security failures that day. Again on September 15 Trump was targeted by another would-be assassin. Secret Service counter snipers keep watch during a campaign rally with Donald Trump Ryan Wesley Routh following his arrest in Martin County, Florida, on September 15. The gunman accused of planning to kill Donald Trump at his Florida golf course was indicted September 24, 2024 on three additional counts, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate Ryan Routh, 58, hid in the hedges near Trump's West Palm Beach golf course Trump International with an AK-47 and cameras before fleeing after being fired upon by Secret Service. Routh is currently being held in a federal detention center in Miami. Earlier this month, the Justice Department announced charges in an alleged Iranian plot to try to kill Trump. Daily Express US reached out to royal biographer Andrew Lownie , who just finished his new book, Entitled: The Controversial Lives of the Duke and Duchess of York, and to him, the alleged stealing part is way worse than the dealing (with a "spy") part , on which he expands. Mr Lownie has been working on the joint biography for the past four years, has interviewed over 100 people, and as a result, he has insider knowledge on both Andrew and the case at hand. Andrew and Fergie won't join Royal Family at Christmas after 'spy scandal' Prince Andrew's links to Chinese spy branded 'extremely embarrassing' The royal expert said: “Pitch@Palace was not meant to be a private money-making operation for Andrew, and that’s what it’s turned out to be, and that’s the crime.” He added: “Whether it’s a Chinese spy? That’s just icing on the cake.” Andrew ’s relationship with H6, whose full name is Yang Tengbo, goes back ten years, which is the same time Andrew’s nonprofit Pitch@Palace was founded. Andrew’s friendship with Tengbo is coming up now because Tengbo was banned from entering the UK. Tengbo, who was solely referred to as "H6," up until recently, put in an appeal to the immigration court. it was known that a 50-year-old man, from China , had been excluded from the UK, and people close to the situation knew it was Tengbo. Lownie said: “He wasn’t named in the court, he’s known as H6, but it was very clear when they said he was a 50-year-old man, a lot of us who know about these things, worked out that the 50-year-old man was the guy Tengbo.” He added: “All the press knew and he said, ‘You might as well release my name.’” “So, that’s that. They began digging. They looked into accounts and they could see the relationship between Andrew and Tengbo.” DON'T MISS: Sarah Ferguson leaves royals fearing 'real threat' over Prince Andrew row Andrew's future at Royal Lodge home as one issue could still seal his eviction Prince Andrew will play 'every move' in battle against brother King Charles During a recent tribunal, Dan Jarvis, UK security minister, said: “The first duty of any government is national security, so we welcome the court’s decision in upholding the Home Office’s position in regards to the exclusion of H6, who can now be named as Yang Tengbo.” He added: “H6 had been in a position to develop relationships with prominent UK figures, which could be leveraged for political interference purposes by the Chinese communist party including the united front work department.” In regards to how Andrew’s nonprofit Pitch@Palace comes into play — a charitable initiative meant to give entrepreneurs a chance to meet with investors — Tengbo was a senior member of the committee of Pitch@Palace in China. According to BBC’s Royal Correspondent, Sean Coughlan, a letter was found in Tengbo’s possesion, which suggests Andrew may have been in a compromised position, possibly a target, where it described the Duke of York as being: "In a desperate situation and will grab onto anything." It seemed like Andrew was trying to redeem himself for his misdoings by setting up Pitch@Palace, but in fact, it set off a chain of events. The nonprofit gave BBC producer Sam McAlister an inroad to the Palace, which turned into three months of negotiations, resulting in the Newsnight interview, and from there, Andrew was stripped of his royal titles and his royal duties. Lownie doesn't believe Andrew was looking for redemption, instead, the nonrpoft was a way for him "to get involved with all of these dodgy business people after he got sacked as Special Representative.” In recent reports, Tengbo is referred to as an “alleged spy” or “suspected spy,” but according to Lownie, that’s just to avoid liability, and it is in fact known that Tengbo works with the Chinese secret state. Tengbo has refuted the allegations in a statement read out by Sky News. He said: “I’ve done nothing wrong or unlawful, and the concerns raised by the Home Office against me are ill-founded.” He added: “The widespread description of me as a spy is entirely untrue.” The Chinese foreign ministry supported Tengbo in his defense. Lin Jian, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson, said during a press conference: “China’s actions have been upright and above the board and has never engaged in deception of interference.” He added: “Such groundless hype based on one’s own judgment is not worth refuting.” The big concern is that Andrew has spent a lot of time with Tengbo and it’s not clear what was discussed, which is between Andrew and MI6, said Lownie. According to the well-informed author, he said: “There have been reports that MI6 are investigating, these reports are based on leaks MI6 have clearly given to the press. He added: “Anyone who was consorting with a Chinese spy would be under investigation, whether a member of the Royal Family or not.” “We just don’t know what he’s told the Chinese about stuff he’s learnt. Or how they can use their relationship with him, for example, to get access to particular people to get information, we just don’t know, and that’s presumably a matter between him and MI6.” Andrew’s relationship with Tengbo is one thing, but his misuse of his royal status is what stands out to the royal expert. Lownie said: “There are security implications, but really, it just doesn’t look good — Andrew does mix with quite a lot of important people, he does have access to quite a lot of important information." He added: “The main thing here is that he should not be making money exploiting his position as a royal.” “It just doesn’t look good, however innocent he may be, and discreet he may be, it just shows him to being greedy and naive.” Lownie has been researching Andrew and Fergie for the past four years, talking to lots of people — over 100 — who know the pair or have crossed paths with them and were eager to chat about the Yorks. If royal biographies are your thing, this is the one for you, and it’s the first of its kind, a joint biography on both Andrew and Fergie. We asked Lownie what readers can expect of the new book, he said: “There’s a lot of deep digging here. There’s going to be a lot of new revelations about ALL the York family.” Lownie’s new book, Entitled: The Controversial Lives of the Duke and Duchess of York , is scheduled to release in 2025 with an exact date still to come.I would like to comment on John Peeler’s letter to The Daily Item, Diverse Points of View, published on Nov. 19. First, I wish to express my support for John Peeler, whose letters I have always found very interesting, well-reasoned, and informative. I am sorry that he was the recipient of hate mail and harassment from an anonymous writer for simply expressing his point of view. John’s letter reminded me of an experience I had during the midterm election of 2018. I was standing outside my polling place holding information cards for a Democrat running for office. I was minding my own business when an older gentleman wearing a veteran’s cap approached me and began to scream at me. One of the things he said was, “she belongs in jail!” I assumed he was referring to Hillary Clinton, who was not charged with a crime after an extensive investigation. I thought to myself, “Gee he is so angry even though the Republican party currently controls the White House, both houses of Congress, and the Supreme Court even tilts to the conservative side.” It just made me feel he really didn’t like people with viewpoints different from his to have a voice. Maybe he thought we should have only one-party rule if it is his political party. We cannot have a healthy democracy and society if we do not have the freedom to express a variety of thoughts and opinions in a civilized manner. I would also like to thank The Daily Item for publishing a broad diversity of viewpoints. Rosalyn Richards, Lewisburg

By Ally Rosenbloom , CNN Musician Drake alleges that Universal Music Group "conspired" to artificially boost Kendrick Lamar's searing diss track 'Not Like Us' on Spotify, according to a pre-action petition submitted to a New York court on Monday. According to a copy of the petition, obtained by CNN, the rapper claims that UMG "launched a campaign to manipulate and saturate the streaming services and airwaves" with Lamar's song "in order to make that song go viral, including by using 'bots' and pay-to-play agreements." The song, part of what has become a very public feud between Lamar and the 'Hotline Bling' rapper , debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 when it was released in May, according to Billboard. It has also amassed almost 900 million streams on Spotify to date, according to the petition. Drake also alleges UMG used these "bots," which are essentially fake social media accounts, "to artificially inflate the spread of 'Not Like Us' and deceive consumers into believing the Song was more popular than it was in reality." The petition does not accuse Lamar of any wrongdoing. Drake is currently represented by Republic Records, a division of UMG and Lamar is currently represented by Interscope records, also a division of UMG. "The suggestion that UMG would do anything to undermine any of its artists is offensive and untrue. We employ the highest ethical practices in our marketing and promotional campaigns," a spokesperson for UMG told CNN in a statement on Monday. "No amount of contrived and absurd legal arguments in this pre-action submission can mask the fact that fans choose the music they want to hear." CNN has reached out to representatives for Drake, Lamar and Spotify for comment. The petition, filed by attorneys representing Drake's Frozen Moments LLC, describes several tactics that Drake claims UMG used to falsely promote "Not Like Us" on music streamers and radio stations, including an illegal practice known as "payola," in which a record company essentially pays for airplay. Drake's petition accuses UMG of paying an independent radio promoter acting as an intermediary, who then paid other radio stations to boost airplay of Lamar's track. The petition also claims UMG paid Apple, or approved payments to the company, to purposefully use its voice-activated assistant Siri to misdirect users to 'Not Like Us'. Apple is not a named as a party to the action or the target of any discovery but CNN has reached out to Apple for comment. Drake claims that UMG was motivated to inflate the popularity of the song, in part, "to maximize their own profits," the petition read, and that the label has "refused" Drake's attempt to work together in resolving the "ongoing harm he has suffered." He filed Monday's pre-action petition to request further documents as he prepares to file further legal action. Both rappers, who are former collaborators, released multiple diss tracks amid their feud which transpired earlier this year. 'Not Like Us' became the most successful song spawned by the feud and earned five Grammy nominations earlier this month. - CNNMakinde Commends Oyo Muslim Community Over Support For His Govt

Maresca believes the reigning champions will still compete with Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea for the title. Liverpool currently sit four points clear at the top of the table heading into Christmas, with Chelsea in second place, two points ahead of Arsenal. Nottingham Forest occupies the final Champions League spot. Meanwhile, Manchester City are in seventh place following a poor run of form, trailing Liverpool by 12 points. Despite City’s struggles, Maresca expects them to mount a title challenge as the season progresses, attributing their current issues to a spate of injuries. Maresca told reporters: “Manchester City, in the end, will be there. They are experiencing a moment that has never happened before. “Every time they play a game, they have an injury, and they don’t have enough players at the moment. The ones they do have are not 100 per cent fit because they are just coming back from injury.
